Payment Gateway Integration Terms and Conditions

3.3 The Provider will provide technical support during the integration process to ensure the successful implementation of the payment gateway.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 The Company agrees to pay the Provider the agreed-upon fees for the payment gateway integration services.
4.2 Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the invoice provided by the Provider.
4.3 The Provider reserves the right to modify its fees with prior notice to the Company.

5. Security and Compliance

6. Data Protection and Privacy

7. Termination

7.2 Upon termination, the Company shall cease using the payment gateway services, and any outstanding fees shall be settled promptly.
